- These workshops were founded in 1940 by Joaquin Orenga Fenollosa (Industrial Master) (1906-1989), with extensive experience gained in mechanical Hispano Suiza, Elizalde, Maquitrans and other companies in Catalonia in the 30s. At the beginning, because of the lack of spare parts in the Spanish Civil War, Mr Fenollosa worked to the restoration of machinery and engines and later to manufacture in small series of parts for trams, buses, cars and industrial engines.

- In 1958, Fenollosa Joaquin Blasi (Engineer) (1933) continued as a CEO, who acquired new machinery according to the possibilities and market. He was supplier, through the years, from Clúa, Montesa, Bultaco, Ossa, Sanglas, Enasa, Motor Iberica, Pirelli, Tubsa, Vulca, Metzeler-Pendelástica, Valeo (then Faessa) Frape (in a first time), Fittings Fontan (stamping iron), Forging Erton (aluminum stamping), Robert Bosch and other companies.

- With the addition in 1986 of Joaquin Martinez Fenollosa (Engineer) (1964), it has been taken the final step in the modernization of the Company. Since 1990, the firm was dedicated to the machining of aluminum, almost exclusively, and very soon replacing existing equipment with a new CNC. In 2008, the company gets the certificate ISO 9001:2008 by TÜV CERT and the entity acquire a newly built of 900 m2 (operational since September 2004) in the polygon Prologis Park of Sant Boi de Llobregat, off Highway C32. The new placement has made possible the acquisition of latest machinery for implementation of new projects.

- The next generation (Guillem Fenollosa Busquets) (1997) and combines his studies with practices in the Company.
